If you need to RETURN an item purchased through our website, mail the unused item back to bitt sportswear within 30 days, with tags attached and in good condition, and we will refund your full purchase amount, less shipping and handling charges.
Special and Custom or Personalized orders may not be returned or exchanged.
For EXCHANGES of items purchased through our website, mail the unused item back to us within 30 days, with tags attached and in good condition, and we'll send a replacement of equal value. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges.
If you believe your item is defective, e-mail us at email@example.com with a description of the issue and your phone number. Bitt Sportswear will replace any product determined to have a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase. If the exact item is not available you will receive a comparable item or a refund.
